Church Sunday Morning

Preston City Bible Church campers spent Saturday night at the Perkins house – all 16! The morning started by singing Happy Birthday to Jacob, who turned 15 today.

After church the campers were briefed on acclimation sickness and were told how to prevent it and what the symptoms are. They were instructed to drink plenty of water eat a lot of calories.

Lunch was served at FRBC, the truck and vans were packed up with all the campers, and we took off on our 2 hour drive to Camp Arete. The scenery was so beautiful that it didn’t seem long at all as the vehicles continued to climb the 8000 ft above sea level.
